•Domestic (U.S.) – UPS Ground
•International – UPS Standard
Order Processing & Shipping Times
•Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
•Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
•Shipping times vary based on your location and UPS transit times.
Shipping Costs & Fees
•Shipping costs are flat rate shipping cost and added at checkout based upon customer preference for standard or expedited shipping.
•International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Tracking Your Order
•Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking link.
•You can track your package via UPS.com
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
•If your package is lost or delayed, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number.
•If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Most in stock, non personalized orders ship in 3-5 business days.
DURING HIGH VOLUME SALES PERIODS SUCH AS NOVEMBER 15TH THROUGH JANUARY 1ST, SHIP TIMES MAY BE AS LONG AS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. ORDERS ARE ALWAYS SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE RECEIVED.

Depending on the shipping method selected your order should arrive in 3-10 business days. All standard delivery packages can be tracked using the tracking links provided in you shipping confirmation email.
WE ONLY OFFER SHIPMENT VIA UPS AT THIS TIME.
